Grilled Chicken with Lemon

A deliciously simple way to prepare moist, flavorful grilled chicken.

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

2. Prepare oven tray and line it with Aluminum foil.

3. Dry the chicken well and brush the melted butter all over the chicken (inside and outside).

4. Stuff the chicken with lemon, coriander, parsley and dried herbs.

5. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

6. Tie the chicken legs together and place it in the oven tray.

7. Place it in the oven for one hour until golden and fully cooked.

8. Roast chicken and serve along with vegetables or potatoes.


Chicken: Whole 1Kg (thoroughly washed and cleaned from the inside

Butter: 4 tablespoons (Room temperature)

Lemon: 3 (cut in half)

Parsley: ½ cup (chopped)

Coriander: ½ cup (chopped)

Italian herbs: 1 tablespoon (dried)

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Black pepper: half a teaspoon
