Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Method

1. Place the chicken and mushrooms in a Pyrex bowl and season them with oil, salt and spices. Cover them with foil and place them in a preheated over while preparing the sauce.

2. To prepare the sauce: Dissolve the milk, then add the flour, soy sauce and butter and stir until the mixture becomes thick.

3. Open the oven, take out the chicken and remove the foil and then add the white sauce.  Cover it again with foil and return it to the oven until cooked.

4. When fully cooked, remove the foil and roast the chicken a little. It is possible to add a little mozzarella cheese before roasting to enrich the flavor. Serve hot!.

Ingredients

Chicken: 1 Whole Chicken

Mushrooms: Box (whole)

Mushrooms: Box (sliced)

Oil: little

Salt: ¼ teaspoon

Spice Mix: ½ teaspoon

White Sauce:

Milk: 4 tablespoons (to be dissolved in 2 glasses of water)

Butter: half a block

Flour: 2 tablespoons

Soy sauce: ¼ cup
